PRIVATE TRAINING :

Rockstar Fit offers weight training, cardio, Pilates, aerobics, body sculpting, hiking, dance, and on-call nutritional support, based on the needs of the individual client. We can work in the convenience of your own home, outside, or at a local training gym.

At Rockstar Fit we believe that working out doesn’t have to be all work and no play. Our Rock Body Training Program features an array of fun fitness options for all levels.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week, but they never said it had to be boring. Our highly skilled personal trainers will develop a program that meets your fitness needs and your personal likes. Meet with us for as little as once a week or as much as seven days per week depending on your needs. It’s your choice!!! We can work outside, at a local training gym, or in the convenience of your own home. You choose!!! Do you want to lose weight/inches, tone-up, build core strength, agility, endurance, and/or skill? It’s up to you! Let us know what you want and we will tell you what you need to get into the best shape of your life.

Specialize arrangements are made for film preparation, traveling/tour or couples.

 

BOOTCAMP :

Have you always wanted to join a bootcamp, but the times don’t fit your schedule? Make your own bootcamp schedule. It’s easy. Just get a small group of friends together, and let us know what times work best for you. The more people in your group, the more exciting the class and the cheaper it is for everyone. Rockstar Fit Bootcamp is an intense outdoor workout for all fitness levels, incorporating the elements of the outdoors, using a variety of natural terrain, for ultimate results.

Lose weight/inches, improve cardiovascular stamina, increase strength, flexibility, and energy with Rockstar Fit Bootcamp, it is the only workout you’ll need. Lead by fully certified, highly experienced trainers, RockStar Fit Bootcamp meets for one hour, and is offered seven days per week.

A typical class incorporates :

*Cardiovascular conditioning
*Resistance training
*Core stability & strengthening
*Flexibility

Some extra areas of focus may contain Pilates, cardio kickboxing, drills, obstacle courses, friendly competition and incentives to keep your workout exciting and fun!

*Please bring water, a towel, small mat, and small hand weights. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
